Head of Corporate Legal
⬤ Provice legal advice to the company's management on various corporate legal issues
⬤ Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
⬤ Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations
⬤ Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
⬤ Protect and provide services to the company with best of litigations practices
⬤ Liase with regulatoru bodies and represent the company in legal and administrative proceedings
⬤ Identify and mitigate legal risk associated with the company's business operations
⬤ Manage the company's intellectual property portofolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
Requirements:
⬤ High ethical standars and integrity
⬤ Must have bachelor's degree majoring Law from a reputable University
⬤ Have PERADI/PKPA Certification
⬤ at least 10 years working experiences in corporate law, preferably within a corporate legal department or a reputable law firm
⬤ Experience in handling complex legal matters and providing strategic legal advice
⬤ strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and business law
⬤ Excllent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
⬤ Placement : Jakarta (Head Office)
