ASC Wins Award at IDUTEX 2024 : On Its Dedication in Advancing Indonesia's Industrial Human Resources

PT Asahimas Chemical (ASC) has been honored with an award from the Industrial Human Resource Development Agency (Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Industri, BPSDMI) of the Ministry of Industry in the category of "Industry Contributing to Vocational Education and Training Development" at the Industrial Education and Training Expo (IDUTEX) 2024, held at the Ministry of Industry (Kementerian Perindustrian, Kemenperin) Building Jakarta, on Monday (07/10).

As global awareness of environmental sustainability grows, industries are increasingly challenged to rethink traditional practices and adopt innovative strategies to minimize waste and enhance resource efficiency. The ASEAN Vinyl Council (AVC) Association Indonesia member, which consists of PVC Resin Producer PT Asahimas Chemical, PT Standard Toyo Polymer, PT Sulfindo Adi Usaha, and PT TPC Indo Plastic and Chemicals, hold an international seminar with the theme "From Linear to Circular – Enhancing Resources in the PVC Value Chain." 

PT Asahimas Intensifies Mangrove Planting to Reduce Emissions To celebrate its 35th anniversary.

PT Asahimas Chemical (ASC) has launched to plant 35,000 mangroves aimed at reducing carbon emissions. This "mangrove blue carbon" program, in collaboration with the Kehati Foundation, took place in Mekarsari Village, Panimbang District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province.

The fourth biennial PVC AUS conference will bring the Australasian PVC industry together when it takes place at 4-6 June 2024 on Gold Coast, Queensland. Following the success of the previous edition of PVC AUS in 2022, PVC AUS 2024 with a focus on ‘Future Driven'.
